RULES & REGULATIONS
The
Seaway Festival Pageant will be held on July 10, 2010,
at 1:00pm in the George Hall Auditorium, Ogdensburg
Free Academy, Ogdensburg, NY. A mandatory dress
rehearsal will be held on July 9, 2010 at 4:00pm in
the auditorium.
The
time, manner and method of judging will be solely at
the discretion of the Festival Committee, and the
decision of the Judges will be final.
Entrants for Seaway Festival Little Miss must be
between the ages of 5-7. Entrants for Seaway Festival
Junior Miss must be between the ages of 8-10. Entrants
for Seaway Festival Junior Queen must be between the
ages of 11-14. And Entrants for Seaway Festival Queen
must be between the ages of 15-18. Field of
contestants will be limited to the first ten
entrants. If there are less than four entrants the
pageant will be cancelled. Due to the increase of
expenses there is a $10.00 non-refundable fee.
Entrants must be of good moral character and possess
poise, personality and intelligence.
Entrants must display a talent presentation. This
talent may be singing, dancing, playing a musical
instrument, gymnastics.
The
winner and her court will be required to fulfill their
duties by appearing at the Seaway Festival events that
the committee deems appropriate, during the week of
July 17, 2010 through July 25, 2010.
Entrants must attend school along the St.Lawrence
Seaway.
