Woman of the Moose lodge #729 are having their meetings again @ the lodge on Ames St. in Massena, the 2 and 4th Tuesdays of the month. New members are welcome

 

The Massena Triad Council meets the first Thursday of the month in the community center at 1:30pm.

 

The Massena Cottonwood Cloggers are still accepting new people for it’s beginning lessons. They meet every Tuesday from 6:30 to 7:30 in the basement of the United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall. The Friends of the Nature Center will be holding a “Moonlight Ski & Snowshoe” event today from 6:30 to 8:30pm. This event is free except for rentals. Please call 764-5630 for more info.

 

There will be a “we are the world: Haiti disaster relief benefit concert” tonight at the Ogdensburg Free Academy tonight from 7-9:15pm. suggested donation is $7 for adults and $3 for children.

Madrid VFD will be holding its 58th annual St. Patrick’s Turkey dinner today from 11am to 2pm. cost is $8 for adults and $6 for children.

The K of C will hold a Brunch at the Visitation Parish in Norfolk today from 8:30 to noon. Cost is $6 for adults, $4 for children and under 5 are free.

The St. Lawrence District of the Eastern Star will be sponsoring a pancake breakfast from 8am to 1pm at the Sugar Shack in Madrid. Cost is $5 for adults, $3 for children and under 4 are free.

 

March 22nd

 

The Red Cross will be offering a babysitting workshop at the Massena public library on March 27th and April 3 geared towards 11 to 15 year olds starting at 9:30. Registration is required and costs are $40 for the first class and $25 for the second. However both classes can be taken for $55. Today is the last day to register.

 

The WIC Clinic will be held at Gouverneur Methodist Church from 8:00am-3:30pm
