John Krasinski’s “Some Good News” Hosting Virtual Graduation

John Krasinski has “some good news” for students graduating this year. For those missing out on an in-person ceremony this year due to coronavirus, the actor is hosting a virtual graduation celebration on his YouTube show “Some Good News.”

But if he’s going to pull off the perfect one-size-fits-all graduation ceremony, the “Jack Ryan” star knows he’s going to need to nail the commencement speech – plus, he needs a valedictorian. So, he’s calling on fans to help him out. Not only is he asking for questions for the commencement speaker, he’s also asking valedictorians to submit videos of their speeches.

To enter, all you have to do is use the hashtag #SGNgraduation and tag @somegoodnews on Twitter. So far, Krasinski hasn’t revealed any more details about the virtual ceremony, including when it’s happening – but we do know that all graduates are welcome, not just college students. We’ll keep you posted on more details.
